Full Time MSR position

37.5 to 40 hours a week.

Job Description: This position is directly responsible for helping with the needs of the members on the teller line. The primary responsibility is to meet, greet, and serve members by providing service on the teller line. The position will assist with transactions, answering member questions, answering phones, assisting in addressing member complaints, open and close accounts, and aid and information regarding products and services. 
The level at which you will be hired will be determined by experience.
Saturday Availability is needed.

Required Education and Experience:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: At least one year of cash handling experience or customer service.

 

Part Time MSR position

Minimum 20 hours a week.

Full Time Member Service Sales Representative III

37.5 to 40 hours a week.

Job Description: The Member Solutions Representative III (MSR III) role is an all-encompassing role which requires the associate to deliver sales solutions, service and transactions to all members of the credit union. The MSR III will promote and maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to work effectively with members, co-workers, management and vendors. Demonstrate the credit union's core values of service, teamwork, integrity, and responsibility. The MSR III is expected to maintain operational excellence regarding financial transactions, general operations, account open and closing procedures and more. The MSR III must maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as adhere to the credit union's policies and procedures at all times. The MSR III must meet or exceed the employee evaluation requirements. The MSR III will also process regular teller transactions for members, maintain accounts, accept loan payments, safe deposit box payments, processing of negotiable instruments, verify currency, balance cash drawers and other duties of the credit union.

Required Education and Experience:
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience.
