FD Community System Upgrade Update

Hello Valued FD Community FCU Members!

We want to first thank you for being valued members of FD Community Federal Credit Union. We cannot thank you enough for your patience while we work through our system upgrade. We wanted to keep you all updated about the progress of the system upgrade.

  1. Online and mobile banking are up and running. If you are a joint owner on an account and do not see the account on your banking app, please contact the credit union at (203) 753-9201 during banking hours and we can add them manually as we work on a resolution to the issue.
  2. Our TouchTone Teller number has changed. The new number is (833) 950-0442. You can call this number directly or dial (203) 753-9201 and select the automated teller option to complete all your quick banking needs and to hear your balances!
  3. No member account numbers have been changed. You will still use 01 for savings and 06 for checking to differentiate your accounts. The "-70" that you may see on your app is an internal message only. The "-70" does not affect your account or account number. Thank you for your patience while we correct this issue.
  4. Your physical checks and debit cards can still be used as normal. There has been no change to these features.

Thank you again for your understanding. We know this upgrade may have caused an inconvenience to you and your accounts, but we are working diligently to get everything else up and running as quick as possible. We appreciate your patience and flexibility!
