Prewards are digital incentives (like coupons) that are directly linked to your FD Community Federal Credit Union Debit Card. With Prewards, you can save money at participating national and local retailers simply by using your FD Community Federal Credit Union Debit Card as a credit transaction. Credit transactions will post to your checking account the same as if you used your PIN. There are no coupons to clip or points to accumulate. Best of all, your Preward savings are typically added to your account within minutes of your purchase.

Who runs the Prewards program?

The Prewards Program is powered by edō Interactive, a pioneer in the digital incentive space, in conjunction with your FD Community Federal Credit Union.

How do I access my online Prewards account to find out what offers are available to me?

To access your online Prewards account, go to wbff.myprewards.com.

Go to the “First Time Users” page and simply follow the instructions to set-up your account, verify your information, provide your mobile information, and accept the Terms of Use. With this information, we will be able to send you the most relevant Preward offers possible and communicate with you as you prefer.

Once you have activated your Prewards account, you can log in to view your available Preward offers from anywhere, anytime. You can also opt-in to receive a weekly email and/or text message notification each time you receive new Preward offers. To set up this notification, go to the “Communication Preferences” section of the “Settings” page.

Can I register more than one FD Community Federal Credit Union Debit Card to my Prewards account?

Yes. To register additional cards, go to the “Card Management” section of the “Settings” page.

How do I change my account information (e.g., mobile phone number, communication preferences, etc.)?

You can change your account information at any time on the “Settings” page.

How do I know what Prewards are available to me?

You can log in to your Prewards account to view your available Preward offers from anywhere, anytime. You can also opt-in to receive a weekly email and/or text message notification each time you receive new Preward offers. To set up this notification, go to the “Communication Preferences” section of the “Settings” page.

Where do I find all of the details about a Preward?

On the “Available Prewards” page, there is a “Details (+)” link below each Preward offer that expands to show the offer's full terms and conditions.

How many times can I redeem a Prewards offer?

A Preward offer can only be redeemed once, unless otherwise specified in the “Details (+)” link below each Preward offer.

How do I redeem a Preward?

For In-Store Offers - Simply pay for your purchase at a participating retailer with your FD Community Federal Credit Union Debit Card and the Preward offer will automatically be redeemed.

For Online Offers - You’ll need to click the link on your dashboard before you begin shopping.

How do I know when a Preward has been redeemed successfully?

You can view all of your redeemed Preward offers on the “Account History” page. In addition, you can opt-in to receive an email and/or text message notification each time you successfully redeem a Preward. To set up this alert, go to the “Communication Preferences” section of the “Settings” page.

How do I receive my Preward savings?

Your Preward savings will be added directly to your FD Community Federal Credit Union checking account, with the description “Purchase Return with the name of the retailer”.

Will the Preward redemption show up on my credit union statement?

Yes. The transaction will appear as,” Purchase Return with the name of the retailer” giving you the Preward.

Why don’t I see any Preward information on my paper receipt?

The Prewards Program is not tied directly to the retailer’s point-of-sale system, so there will not be any redemption information on your store receipt or invoice. Log in to your Prewards account to view redemption information.

What if my Preward did not work?

First, please confirm that your purchase met all of the qualifying criteria (e.g., minimum purchase amount, active within the specified dates, correct store location). If your purchase did meet all of the qualifying criteria, please contact our Customer Service team by filling out the form on the “Contact Us” page.

How long will it take to receive my savings?

In most instances, your Preward savings will be added to your account within minutes of your purchase; however, some transactions may take up to 48 hours for the Preward savings to be added to your account.

How do I view all of my past Preward redemptions?

You can view all of your past redemptions on the “Account History” page. On this page, you will find the date of your redemption as well the amount of the Preward redeemed.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact FD community Federal Cedit Union at 203-753-9201 or 203-346-6185 and a replacement card will be mailed to you. Your Prewards account can be updated as soon as 72 hours after your replacement card has been activated for use.

Will edō sell information about me and/or my purchase habits?

No. The Prewards team will never sell or distribute information about you and/or your purchase habits.

Will I start receiving “spam” if I join the Prewards program?

No, you will only be contacted based on the communication preferences you specify on the site.
