Lobbies, Updates, and Social Distancing

Effective March 1, 2021 we will increase each branch lobby capacity from 4 to 5 members at a time. To help protect your health and safety – along with that of our employees, please remember the alternative and digital banking options that are available for you to make banking from anywhere easy and convenient.

Digital and Alternative Banking

  • Online Banking and Mobile App – Account access to view your balances, make transfers, and payments at any time.
  • Online Bill Pay – Make payments for your bills directly through our website at no cost to you!
  • ATMs – Available at all FD Community location and more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide, to find and ATM please use the Allpoint ATM Locator listed on our website.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay, Fitbit Pay, or Samsung Pay. Simply use your smartphone to pay at participating merchants to avoid contact with high-touch surfaces.
  • 24/7 Telephone Banking by calling 203-755-9737.

Please remember that if you visit a FD Community FCU location, we have protective protocols in place for you to follow. These include maintaining the recommended 6-foot social distance between you and other individuals in the branch and wearing a mask. Also, the floor markers will help visitors identify the proper distance between individuals.

Upon entering a branch, you may encounter health screening questions, and in addition, we are limiting the number of individuals in the branch at any one time to reduce crowding. To help with this measure, we request that you only bring individuals with you if they are needed to complete the transaction. If maximum occupancy is reached at any location, an employee may ask you to wait in your vehicle.
