Beginning on February 25th, 2020 you may receive real-time alerts for fraudulent transactions on your debit or credit card. You may receive notification of the potentially-fraudulent transactions in any of the below ways:
By Phone Call:
Suspicious Debit Card Transaction Alerts will come from phone number: 800-272-9446.
Suspicious Credit Card Transaction Alerts will come from phone number:800-231-5262.
By Text:
Suspicious Debit and Credit Card Transaction Alerts will text from number: 91937
By Email:
Suspicious Debit and Credit Card Transaction Alerts will email from contactus@fdcommunityfcu.org
We suggest you save these phone numbers, text code, and email as a contact in your phone so you are familiar with them, if/when should you get notification(s) in the future.
