Enroll in eStatements and get access to 18-months of history!
You can now enroll in eStatements and get up to 18 months of history! All members must re-enroll despite enrollment status prior to our system upgrade.
By enrolling in eStatements, you gain convenient access to your financial information and prevent mail fraud which is very rampant in our current world. To enroll and enjoy the benefits of eStatements, simply log into your online banking.
Here's how you can enroll:
1. Log in to your online banking account. You can log in on our website https://www.fdcommunityfcu.org/
2. Navigate to the "Online Statements" section.
3. Read the Account E-Sign Disclosure.
4. Click the “eSign document” in the blue lettering as it contains your confirmation code to eSign.
5. Review the confirmation code on the pdf and enter it into the “eSign Confirmation Code” box.
6. Choose “I Agree” if you agree with the terms.
7. You will be directed to the page that lets you choose e-Statements or Paper Statements. Review the email at the top of the page and ensure it is correct.
8. Make sure to have the e-Statement box checked.
9. Choose “Next”.
10. Review your selection and choose “Enroll”.
11. You are now enrolled in eStatements!
Enrolling in eStatements grants you access to up to 18 months of transaction history, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your account activity.
